With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, having developed, brokered, purchased and sold over 100MM in commercial transactions. Pablo has a deep knowledge and understanding of how to find a property and turn it into a profitable high-yield asset. Along with his extensive real estate experience, Pablo is also a real estate Attorney who has acted as in-house counsel for a multinational real estate company enriching Pablo with extensive experience dealing with contracts, lenders, sellers, buyers, real estate agents and government officials. Pablo’s education includes Juris Doctor in Law from Florida International University, and MBA from University of Miami and a double major in Economics and Political Science from University of Miami.

Martin specializes in real estate finance and investment with a special certification from NYU. Having done over $300MM in transactions, and managed properties over $40MM combined with Martin’s keen vision and deep knowledge of the real estate market gives him an edge to fully understand how to turn a property into a high-yield investment asset.

Nicolas holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Finance from the University Adolfo Ibanez, showcasing his strong academic foundation in the field. Furthermore, he completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management in 2012, further enhancing his knowledge and expertise in business management and leadership. With his exceptional track record, extensive knowledge in real estate finance, and strong educational background, Nicolas Weinstein has established himself as a respected leader and asset to W6 Real Estate, driving the company's growth and delivering outstanding results for investors.

Guillermo Rotman

With over 40 years of experience, Guillermo Rotman was the CEO Americas for IWG (Regus Group), a company that provides modern and flexible workspace to entrepreneurs, individuals, and multi-million-dollar companies. He joined Regus in 2001 as vice president, of Latin America. Prior to Regus, Rotman was responsible for the development of Blockbuster stores in Latin America and Asia. He was the President of Pepsi Cola Brazil for 7 Years and President North Latin America for Pizza Hut. Rotman also held various positions at Kraft Inc., including vice president of marketing and sales for Latin America. Graduated with an MBA from the University of Buenos Aires. His expertise includes business strategy, real estate marketing, sales, and operations. He resides in Boca Raton, Florida

This educational background has equipped him with a strong theoretical foundation and a deep understanding of financial principles and strategies. Prior to his current role, Aleksejs has likely amassed valuable experience in various aspects of finance, including investment analysis, portfolio management, and mergers and acquisitions. His experience in both private and public growth areas indicates a well-rounded understanding of different market dynamics and investment opportunities. With his educational background and extensive experience, Aleksejs is well-positioned to provide strategic guidance and make informed investment decisions for Fortec. Gabriela holds double Bachelor degree in Psychology and Marketing from Florida International University and an MBA with concentration in Marketing from University of Miami.

Sergio is a seasoned senior executive with considerable international experience. Over his 34-year career, he has held numerous leadership roles at Deloitte, including the Managing Partner of Deloitte's Private Services line, leader of the Six Regional Offices in Chile, National Leader of Quality and Risk Management Program in Consulting practice, and business line leader for the Audit, Accounting, and Tax compliance practice. Sergio in his leadership roles attracted top talent and achieved strong growth. Sergio has worked in all areas of International Tax, assisting national and international clients with their tax and legal needs in Chile and the Americas region. His leadership included the profit and loss responsibilities, and the practice of Audit, Accounting, and Tax compliance. Sergio has led successful implementations of global tax services for multinational companies. Through his roles, he developed a strong understanding of core business infrastructure including information systems, real estate, marketing, sales, and talent. He has demonstrated the ability to balance tradition with disruption, respect for culture and integration, and strong leadership with collaboration. Sergio holds a CPA title from Santiade de Chile University, a Master in Tax Planning and Management from Adolfo Ibanez University, and a title in Business Administration Program from De Los Andes University.

Brian is part of the third generation of his family, with extensive experience in real estate investments. Graduated from Florida State University in 2006, he started his activities in New York for a Fortune 500 company. During the financial and real estate crisis that began in 2008, he changed his place of residence to Miami to start investing in real estate opportunities at that time. He facilitated and advised the purchase of real estate in the US for foreigners. Brian have carried out more than 400 real estate operations in the US.
