At Fortec we strive to provide community, not just development. We approach our projects as incubators of neighborhood revitalization by carefully selecting partners with a similar forward-thinking strategy. We have been very fortunate in our business and feel an obligation to give back to the community, we do so by donating and upcycling materials from our development projects to different organizations that greatly benefit from it, and through bringing jobs and advancement opportunities into our community. Our extensive experience and business acumen also enables us to provide mentorship, counsel and guidance to young professionals and entrepreneurs, thus acting as incubators and advocates for community growth.
